Hotel pickup for the Sacred Valley Classic Tour runs between 7:20 and 7:40 AM from your accommodation in downtown Cusco. For the Sacred Valley + Moray & Maras Tour, pickup runs between 6:20 and 6:40 AM, also from downtown Cusco, since it covers more ground. Pickup applies only to hotels, Airbnbs or meeting points located in downtown Cusco. Because our vans follow an optimized route collecting travelers from several hotels across the city, your exact pickup minute within that window is confirmed individually by WhatsApp or email the evening before your tour — never left as a guess.
Meeting Point
If your hotel is in the historic center or a nearby residential area with vehicle access, our driver picks you up directly at the entrance. If you're staying in the San Blas neighborhood specifically, the meeting point is usually the door of the San Blas Church, since the surrounding streets are narrow and one-way and a van can't reach every doorstep. This applies to both the Classic and Complete tours.
Return Time
The Sacred Valley Classic Tour returns to downtown Cusco around 6:30 PM, after roughly 10 hours covering Taray, Pisac, lunch in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero. The Sacred Valley + Moray & Maras Tour returns around 7:00 PM, after roughly 11.5 to 12 hours covering Chinchero, Moray, Maras, lunch in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Because it's a full day either way, we recommend keeping the evening free rather than planning dinner reservations right after drop-off. What if I'm running late?
Message your guide or our WhatsApp number immediately — the van can typically wait a few minutes for a single traveler, but a longer delay may mean missing the pickup for the whole group, since other travelers are waiting on the same schedule.
