Last updated: 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your booking with Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, operator of the Sacred Valley Full Day tour, RUC 20600007204, Lic. N° 221-2024, GERCETUR, based in Cusco, Peru.

1. The Operator

Sacred Valley Full Day is operated by Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, a certified tour operator registered in the National Directory of Tourism Providers of the Cusco Regional Government. We operate this tour directly, and also coordinate with authorized partner operators who maintain the same standards of quality and service — please note these are shared group departures.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made online through our secure checkout, processed by WeTravel. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. WeTravel applies its own processing fees at checkout, which are the passenger's responsibility and are separate from our tour price. You will receive an instant email confirmation with your booking details, followed by a message the evening before your tour confirming your exact pickup time.

3. What's Included

The tour price includes hotel pickup and drop-off in Cusco, round-trip transportation, a bilingual guide (English–Spanish), a traditional Andean buffet lunch, and a first aid kit on board. Hotel pickup applies to accommodations located in central Cusco, depending on the hotel's location and vehicle access; otherwise, a nearby meeting point will be arranged instead. 4. Entrance Tickets

The Boleto Turístico (covering Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Moray) and the Maras salt mines entrance fee are set independently by the Cusco Regional Government and the Maras community, and are not included in the tour price. These entrance tickets can be added directly in the booking form. Please note that ticket purchases made through our platform include administrative fees and applicable Peruvian government taxes on top of the official entrance price.

5. Changes and Cancellations by the Traveler

6. Changes by the Operator

On rare occasions, we may need to adjust the itinerary, pickup time, or lunch venue due to weather, road conditions, site closures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you in advance and offer the closest equivalent experience.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time, carrying a valid ID or passport, and disclosing any relevant health conditions or mobility needs before the tour. If a traveler is not present at the agreed pickup time, this is considered a no-show and is non-refundable for any reason, since the reservation has already incurred our operational travel costs. We recommend personal travel insurance, which is not included in the tour price.

8. Liability

Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL takes reasonable care in the operation of this tour, including a first aid kit on board and certified guides. We are not liable for losses, injuries, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or third-party service providers.
